产教融合下乡村振兴复合型人才培养路径分析

摘要  以乡村振兴为背景，聚焦产教融合对乡村振兴复合型人才发展的作用，介绍我国乡村人才振兴储备现状，分析我国人才振兴培养面临的问题，提出产教融合助推乡村振兴人才培养的路径，为打造“一懂二爱”的“三农”工作队伍提供借鉴。

Analysis on the Training Path of Rural Revitalization Inter-disciplinary Talents under the Integration of Production and Education

Abstract Based on rural revitalization， focuses on the role of the integration of production and education on the development of rural revitalization talents， this article introduced the current situation of China’s rural talent revitalization reserve，analyzed the problems faced by the revitalization and training of talents in China， and put  forward the path of the integration of production and education to promote the revitalization and training of talents in rural areas， and provided reference ideas for building a “three rural” work team that "understands and loves".

乡村要振兴，“产业旺”是前提，“人才兴”是关键，培养农业农村专业化人才，增强农村基层干部专业化素养，是人才培育的使命担当，也是关乎乡村振兴战略能否顺利开展的环节。（剩余5523字）
