工作满意度对农民主观幸福感的影响研究

——基于未来信心的中介效应

摘要 利用2018年中国家庭跟踪调查CFPS数据，采用结构方程模型，研究工作满意度对农民主观幸福感的影响。结果表明：工作满意度对农民主观幸福感具有显著的正向影响，其中非农工作满意度对农民主观幸福感的影响更为显著，未来信心在工作满意度对主观幸福感的影响中起到中介作用。

Research on the Effect of Job Satisfaction on Farmers’ Subjective Well-being—The Intermediary Effect Based on Future Confidence

Abstract The article uses the 2018 China Family Tracking Survey CFPS data and uses a structural equation model to study the impact of job satisfaction on farmers’ subjective well-being. The research results show that job satisfaction has a significant positive impact on farmers’ subjective well-being. Among them， non-agricultural worker’s satisfaction has a more significant impact on farmers’ subjective well-being. Future confidence plays a role in the impact of job satisfaction on subjective well-being.
