Practice of teaching reform in Fish Physiology course based on OBE concept

AbstractTo cultivate innovative agricultural talents,the teaching reform of Fish Physiology course was explored and practiced based ontheOBEconcept.Specificaly,clarify teaching objectives,revisecurriculum qualitystandards with knowledge masteryand application abilities as thegoal,and set three-level teaching standards for knowledge objectives,abilityobjectives,and ideologicaland politicalojectives;update teaching content,integratecuting-edge research results,and continuously improve students’knowledge system;adoptablendedonlineand ofline teaching model,optimize pre-class preparation,in-class teaching,and post-class practical activities,and focus limited classroom teaching onhigher-levelcognitiveconstructionactivitiessuchasdiscusion,exploration,collaboration,and creation;adopt diverse teaching methods such as role-playing and problem orientation,systematically elucidate he physiological functionsand regulatorymechanisms of the fish digestivesystemthrough a point tosurfaceapproach, achieve interdisciplinary organicintegration;build acomprehensive evaluationsystem that combinesprocess assessment ( 40% )withfinal exams (60 )% )to objectively evaluate students’learning outcomes.Practice has shown that the teaching reform of this course hasachieved certain results.Students have won awards in the lifescience competitions every year,and the proportion of students who have been recognized by internship bases in aquaculture production internshipshas increased.This hascultivated students’self-learning abilityand scientific literacyof division of labor and cooperation.This article provides references for the teaching reform of similar courses.

为适应现代渔业生产发展需求,培养既具有先进知识和技能,又能参与水产养殖相关领域的生产、科研等工作的人才,在水产养殖、水生动物医学专业开设鱼类生理学等必修课程,为学生后续学习鱼类增养殖学、水产动物疾病学等课程打下基础该课程内容抽象、概念繁杂,常规教学方式以课堂讲授为主,部分学生学习兴趣不高,知识应用能力有待加强。(剩余5158字)
