物联网技术在酱香型白酒生产中的应用分析

摘要 本文从产品质量的稳定性、生产效率、数据分析和管理能力等方面分析了酱香型白酒生产过程中亟待进一步提高的环节,阐述了物联网各层次先进技术在白酒生产环节中的应用,并设计一套酱香型白酒生产的物联网应用系统架构,为物联网技术在酱香型白酒生产中的应用提供参考。

Application of Internet of Things technology in the production of sauce-flavored liquor

Abstract The aspects that urgently require enhancement in the production process of sauce-flavored liquor were analyzed, including the stability of product quality, production efficiency, and the capabilities of data analysis and management. The application of advanced technologies at each level of the Internet of Things (IoT) in the liquor production process was discussed. Furthermore, an IoT application system architecture for the production of sauce-flavored liquor was designed, which serves as a reference for the application of IoT technology in the production of this type of liquor.
