Abstract:Themethanesynthesisunitfothecoal-tonaturalgasprojectadoptsthemetansynthesistechologyfromDavyoftheUK.Iigh temperature conditions, H2 in the purified gas from theRectisol unit reacts with CO to synthesize methane.The keyto the methane synthesis reactionliesinvalueadjusmenturingoeratioroblemssuchasighooeshaeourdAloaueilladttalyt carbon depositionand excessive CO content;a high Mvalue will result in problems such as excessive H2 content in the natural gas composition andighbedtemperaturesTargetigthepblesecouteedintealuajustmentinetaestesis,fectieansleical measureshavebeen proposedandimplemented toensurethelong-term,safeandstableoperationof the methanesynthesis unit.
