Abstract：Themethanesynthesisunitfothecoal-tonaturalgasprojectadoptsthemetansynthesistechologyfromDavyoftheUK.Iigh temperature conditions， H2 in the purified gas from theRectisol unit reacts with CO to synthesize methane.The keyto the methane synthesis reactionliesinvalueadjusmenturingoeratioroblemssuchasighooeshaeourdAloaueilladttalyt carbon depositionand excessive CO content；a high Mvalue will result in problems such as excessive H2 content in the natural gas composition andighbedtemperaturesTargetigthepblesecouteedintealuajustmentinetaestesis，fectieansleical measureshavebeen proposedandimplemented toensurethelong-term，safeandstableoperationof the methanesynthesis unit.
