AbstractInrespostteproblefwtailgastreamntficyindluteditriccidprductiviatdublereuemeod temoptimizationschemewasproposed.Theinteraltructureoftheabsorberwasimprovedbyusingceramicectangularsadleringpacking, andthekeyprocssparameterssuchstemperaturepresureandbsorptionliquidforulawereoptiied.Awastewateeusetecology based on “bio-treatment + membrane separation”was developed. Industrial tests on a 100,000t/a unit showed thatthe optimized process significantly improved the NOx removal efficiency from 79.6% to 91.9% ,reduced the operating cost by 16.1% ,and reached annual cost savings of5.8millonyanithrowastewaterdischargeTissheeprovidenewimprovementconceptfortreatingdilutediricacidtailgas.
