Abstract:Anetyfoalwaterurydispesant(TAS)wasstesidihtaicacid(T)atawmateraladbygaftopl zation of sodium ally-sulfonate and post-oxidation H2O2 .Through adjusting the reaction temperature,reaction time and the amount of sodium ally-sulfonate,the optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows:reaction temperature of 85°C and molar ratio of n(SAS) : n(TA)= (204号 2:1 ,underwhichawellstabilizedoal-watersurryouldbeprepared.Thtructureofthedispersantascharacterzedbyifradspeto copy(IR).Theviscosityandstabilityofthecoal-waterslurywereanalyzedyadingTAS.Atacoal-waterslurryconcentrationof 62% ,the optimal dispersant dosage was only 0.2% of the total dry coal mass,resulting ina favorable apparent viscosity (1020mPa⋅s andalowwater separation rate ( =3% after48h).Allthecoal-waterslurryprepared exhibited excelent stabilityandflowability,indicating thatthistannic acid-based copolymer could be effectively applied as anadditive in coal-water slurry preparation.
