Abstract:【Objective】Thisstudyaimstoivestigatethechangesindigestiveanddetoxificationenzymeactivities,growthand developmentndutritionalefectsinte4-6thistarlarvaeofHyphantiacuneafterfeedingovaroushosttres.Italsoseks toanalyzetheadaptationmechanismsofH.cuneatodierenthostres.【Method】The4th6thinstarlarvaewereraisedindoors ontheleavesofUmusilauglasanduicamuesisamatsudnaetulaathllndbaaa correlation between theactivitiesofdigestiveenzymes( (a -amylase,lipase,trypsin)anddetoxificationenzymes(glutathione-S-transferase (GSTs)acetesase(ch)bolase(CaE))diothvelontdtriiolctseld 【Result】1) As the instar stage increased, the midgut α -amylase activity significantly decreased,while lipaseactivity significantly increased.TysinactiityitialleceasdndtniceasdGsdAchEctiitsceasdihotableecehE, whereas CarEactivity first decreasedandthen increased; 2)No significant correlation was observed between midgut α -amylase activity inthe4th-6thinstarlarvaeandGTsactivityinthe5th-6thinstarlarvae.However,GSTsactivityinthe4thinstarlarvaeshoweda significantcorrelationwith growthanddevelopment indicators,except for food intake;3)Except for α -amylaseandGSTs,theactivities ofotherenzyesinthe4tthistarvaweresignificantlypositivelycorrelatedwithodyweight,bodyength,eadidthfood intakefooduilatatedovesategaelyoelateditfoodosumptate;4)Ithstaraeoth anddevelopmentidicatorsereolysigicantlyoelateditharEatiityithodngthfoodutilatoneyd conversionatengsiielyeladandooumtonateenggatilyoreated【Coon】iiy of H. cunea larvae varied after feding on six host trees.By regulating enzyme activity, H. cunea larvae can control nutrient absorption andutilizationlloigfooalgrothndevelopntsglatiosoaceteidptabilittointd expands their host range.
