云南顶瓶梗霉对不同含水率的针叶和阔叶凋落物的降解效果

Abstract:【Obectie】LittrloadmainlyaffectstheprobabilityofforestfreoccurrenceandspreadtoisasterTheanalysisofthe degradationefectofAcropialophorayunnanensisonliterwithdiferetmoisturecontentisofgreatsignificaceforfireprevention throughbiologicalfirepreventon.【Method】Coniferousandbroad-leaveditersretreatedwithfermentationbroth,purifedude enzymeand livingfungi of P. yunnanensis todegraderespectively,thentheweightlossratewasdetermined,andthedegradation efectsofthreetreatmentsonthetwotypesofliters withdiferentmoisturecontent wereanalyzed.【Result】Purifedcrudeezymeof Pyunnanensiscoulddegradebroad-leavedandconiferousliter,andtheweightlossrateofbroad-leavedandconiferousliterwas 10.52% and 6.27% atl0 days,respectively.Forbroad-leaved litter,the litter with 50% 150% moisture content was significantly degraded byfermentation broth and purified crudeenzyme,while the litter with 25% 150% moisture content was significantly degraded by living fungi.ForconferousitethdegradationectoftelitricreasedwihteicreaseoflitermosturecontentTedgadation effctoffermentationbrothandpurified crudeenzymenolonger increasedafterthe litermoisturecontentreached 150% ,while the degradation effect of living fungino longer increased after the litter moisture content reached 100% .【Conclusion】Purified crude enzymeof P. yunnanensiscoulddegradebroad-leavedandconiferousliterobviouslyandhadbeterdegradationefectonbroad-leaved literThemosueotofeddgatiofiosueoetoflitsultogaiolie anddegradationofifeousliterasmoreafftedbymoistureontentoflitertantatofroad-eavediterhildgadation efectofliterwaslessaffctedbymoisturecontentofliterwhenliterwasdegradedbylivingfungiTheresultswillprovidesome referencefor thestudy of forest fuel load regulation.
