从功能对等角度分析水利工程英语翻译

摘要:水利工程是利国利民的基础性工程,对我国农业发展具有举足轻重的作用,为人民安全和经济发展做出了重要贡献。因此,有必要对水利工程英语翻译的技巧和特征做出分析,助力我国水利工程实现更好发展。该研究在分析语言特点的基础上,结合奈达的功能对等理论研究水利工程英语的翻译。

Water Conservancy Projects Translation from the Perspective of Functional Equivalence Theory

Abstract: Water conservancy engineering is a fundamental project for the benefit of the country and the people, and plays a pivotal role in the development of agriculture in China. It makes an important contribution to people's safety and economic development. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the skills and characteristics of English translation for water conservancy projects, so that translators can help China's water conservancy projects achieve better development. Based on the analysis of linguistic characteristics, the translation of English for water conservancy projects is studied in conjunction with Naida's functional equivalence theory.

1 奈達的“功能”理论
