打造“前导互动式”业扩办电服务新模式

[摘要]传统的业扩报装服务是由客户提需求后再办理,目前该模式已无法满足用户的服务需求。文章提出了“前导互动式”业扩办电服务新模式,与政府相关部门打通信息共享壁垒,挖掘客户需求,主动对接服务。文中提出了具体工作思路、创新举措,实现电力业扩工程“提前获取、专业介入、配套限时、全程感知”。

Creating a New model of "leading Interactive" Business Expansion and Electricity Service

[Abstract]The traditional business expansion report installation service is handled after the customer raises the demand. At present,this model can no longer meet the user’s service demand. The article puts forward a new model of “leading interactive”business expansion and electricity service,which breaks through information sharing barriers with relevant government departments,taps customer needs,and actively connects services. The paper puts forward specific work ideas and innovative measures to realize the “early acquisition,professional intervention,supporting time limit,and full perception”of the expansion project of the power industry.

为进一步优化电力营商环境,实现办电企业客户报装“省力、省时、省钱”成效,达到“让客户想用电即可接,让客户为每个环节点赞”的业扩接电服务目标,通过梳理现行业扩流程服务中的客户、政府及供电企业的关注点、存在问题,按照“以客户为中心、问题导向、提升效率、全程服务”思路,对政企联动模式、供电服务环节、办电流程管控、业扩配套支撑等环节进行优化,打造从“坐商”到“走商”的业扩报装服务模式。(剩余3686字)
