由35 kV箱变高压熔断器引起高压开关柜跳闸的事故分析

[摘要]某光伏发电站35 kV箱变作为光伏逆变器的并网电源,在发电站中的主要作用是对光伏逆变器发出的交流电进行升压。在运行中出现一起高压熔断器单相熔断故障,造成箱变高压熔断器套管烧毁、集电线路跳闸的事故,导致35 kV集电线路所连接的逆变器全部停运,造成了巨大的电量损失和经济损失。

[Abstract]A photovoltaic power station 35 kV box boost transformer(hereinafter referred to as box transformer),as the grid-connected power supply of photovoltaic inverter,the main role in the power station is to boost the electricity emitted by the photovoltaic inverter. In operation,a single-phase fuse fault of the high-voltage fuse occurred,resulting in the burning of the casing of the box-changing high-voltage fuse and the tripping of the collector line,resulting in the suspension of all the inverters connected to the 35 kV collector line,resulting in huge power losses and economic losses.

某光伏发电站批复装机容量为50 MW,每10台箱式升压变压器(以下简称箱变)为一回35 kV集电线路,共建设5回集电线路,每回集电线路容量为10 MW;35 kV箱变配置容量为1000 kVA,高压侧额定电压等级为37 kV,低压侧电压等级为315 V的双分裂升压箱式变压器,35 kV系统接组标号为星形(Y型),在线路非全相运行(三相电流不平衡)产生差流后高压开关柜零序过流保护会动作跳闸。(剩余4228字)
