［Abstract］With the development of economy and society，many new distribution network load nodes in megacities present new reactive power distribution characteristics. This requires that in the planning and design stage，with the multireactive power balance goal as the guide，accurate and quantitative calculation and analysis are carried out in layers and zones，so as to obtain a more targeted balance strategy.
