电力保供背景下多时间尺度精准负荷控制技术探讨

[摘要]文中从电力系统瞬时、短时和时段平衡的需求出发,分析了现有稳态运行和紧急态下负荷控制手段的不适应性,提出了适用于多时间尺度的精准负荷控制思路,研究了不同类精准负荷控制与其他资源手段的协调技术。该方案可为当前电力应急保供背景下精准控制非民生负荷提供参考。

Discussion on Multi-time Scale Precise Load Control Technology Under the Background of Power Supply Guarantee

[Abstract]In the early stage of the construction of the new power system,global energy prices are rising,The electricity load surged under the disturbance of the epidemic,There is a shortage of power supply in China. This paper starts from the demand for instantaneous,short-term and time-period balance in the power system,It analyzed the incompatibility of existing load control methods in steady state operation and emergency state,and proposed a precise load control idea suitable for multiple time scales,also studied the coordination technology of different types of precise load control and other resource means. This scheme can provide a reference for the precise control of non-living loads in the context of the current emergency power supply guarantee.
