破解智能汽车“高潜力-低信任”研究综述:技术困境、组织障碍与环境约束

【Abstract】Toresolvethecontradictionof“highpotential-lowtrust”inintellgentvehicles,itisnecessrytoclarify thetrustconstaintmehaissossnologicalgazatial,andiometaldmensionsndeploretie pathways.Integratingtechnologicalmechanisms,organizational trust,andenvironmentalpolicieswithinthe TechndogyOrganization-Envivonment (TOE) framework model,thisstudyconstructsa human-machine trust system.Findingsreveal that:thetechnological logicdemonstratescompositecharacteristicsprioritizing transparency,redundancyassrance,and dynamicadaptation,efctivelyreducingusercognitiveuncertaintyviamultimodalinteractionandfault-tolerant mechanisms.Attheorganizational level,anoptimizedcorporate servicesystem,dynamic insurance mechanisms,and hierarchicalregulatoryframeworkareestablished,wherebrandreputationandtechnologicaltransparencycollaboratively resolveuserognitivebariers,whileclarifiedaccountabilityatributionandstandardizedevaluationreinforceinstitutional adaptability.Environmentalrisksmanifestindatasecurityalgorithmicthics,andsocialcognition,necesitatingsmart infrastructureupgradesand crossdomain ecologicalcollaboration tobridge trust gaps.Thisresearch proposesa multidimensional governanceframework tofacilitatetrustworthyimplementationofintellgentdriving technology,supporting risk regulation and public acceptance during commercialization processes.
