Patent Analysis and Policy Recommendations for Environmental Perception Technology in Intelligent Connected Vehicle: A Case Study of Jiangsu Province
【Abstract】 In response to China's“Transportation Power"strategy and the urgent need for breakthroughs in core technologiesof IntelligentConnectedVehicle(ICV)addressingkeychallengessuchasinsufficientregionalcollabortive innovation anddelays inbuilding industrywide patent bariers,this paper examines the development status and relevant policiesof environmentalperception technology.A comprehensive patentanalysisis conductedon Jiangsu Province from multiple dimensions,including application trends, geographical distribution,patent mapping,and examination cycles. Finally,policyrecommendations areproposed tooptimizethe patent layout in Jiangsu's ICVsector,aiming toenhance its industrial competitiveness and provide valuable insights for future development.
