The Application of Air Springs in Passenger Vehicles, Materials and Preparation Processes of Rubber Bladders
【Abstract】At present, there is stilla big gap between the performance of domesticair spring rubber capsules and foreigncountries',andthecoretechnologyismainlyinthehandsofforeigncompanies.Inordertostudythecoretechnical difculties ofair springrubberairbags,the paperanalyzestheapplication statusandfuturedevelopmenttrendofair springs in the fieldof passengervehicles.Therubber airbags arediscussedfromtwoaspects,materials andmolding process.This paper finallysummarizes thecoretechnical problemsof cystic skin,andthe potentialtechnologicalbreakthrough pathsto provide reference for the development of rubber skin technology in China.

乘用车悬架系统是乘用车车身与车轮之间的传力连接装置总称,相比于传统悬架,其主要作用是传递车身与车轮之间的力和力矩,缓冲路面对车身的载荷冲击,衰减由载荷冲击引起的承载系统振动,确保乘用车的行驶平顺性和乘坐舒适性[-2]。(剩余7541字)
