Abstract:Theabundant raw materials,lowcost,high performance,and flexibilityof perovskite materials have sparked significant researchand industrial interest.Following this,perovskite solar cels(PSCs) have undergone rapid development atthelaboratory scale,thephotovoltaicconversion efficiencyhas been improved from theinitial 3.8%to 2 6 . 7 % in just a few decades.Its excellent photoelectric performance is due to the physical properties of perovskite materials,such as wide lightabsorption range,good temperaturecoeficient,adjustable band gap,high carriermobilityand strong defect tolerance.Thecommercialization of perovskite photovoltaicsdependson the successful transition from laboratory-scale perovskite solarcels to large-scale perovskite solar modules.However,as the device sizeincreases,theeficiency dropssignificantly,hindering itscommercial viability.Themainproblem lies in the preparationof high-qualityand highly uniform large-area perovskite films,which are mainly prepared by spin-coating forsmall-areadevices.However,thespin-coating method is notsuitableforlarge-areafilm preparationas itcan lead to uneven film thickness and severe waste of raw materials.Researchers have employed techniques such as blade coating,slot-diecoating,inkjet printing,andvacuumdeposition,etc.Thisarticlereviews thepreparationproesof large-area perovskite thin-filmandthecurrentresearch progressathomeand abroad,and discusses the improvementof device efficiencybyvariousaditivesand solvents,withthehopeofrealizingtheindustrializationandcommercializationof large-areaperovskite photovoltaicsas soon as possible.
