乡村振兴战略视角下农村劳动力职业技能提升培训研究

摘  要：职业技能提升培训是提升农村劳动力职业技能的有效方式，其不仅有利于实现农业现代化，也有利于农村产业结构升级，助推产业振兴和共同富裕。该文在对农村劳动力职业技能提升培训存在问题进行调研的基础上，探析乡村振兴战略视角下农村劳动力职业技能提升培训优化路径。

Abstract： Vocational skills upgrading training is an effective way to improve the vocational skills of rural labor force. It is not only conducive to the realization of agricultural modernization， but also conducive to the upgrading of rural industrial structure and promote industrial revitalization and common prosperity. Based on the investigation of the problems existing in the vocational skills upgrading training of rural labor force， this paper probes into the optimization path of rural labor force vocational skills upgrading training from the perspective of rural revitalization strategy.
