“双减”背景下中学图书馆建设新启示

——基于台湾地区高中图书馆的调查分析

摘要：文章结合“双减”背景，提出中学图书馆应对新的教育形势需提升建设水平和服务质量，并运用网络调研法搜集台湾地区高中图书馆建设的相关资料，分析其图书馆定位、馆际合作状况、馆藏发展政策、网站建设情况、阅读推广措施、空间建设以及机构人员设置等，并据此提出建设中学图书馆的几点启示。

New Enlightenments for High School Library Construction in the Context of "Double Reduction"： A Survey and Analysis of Senior High School Libraries in Taiwan RegionZHU MujunAbstract：Based on the background of "double reduction"，this paper proposes that high school libraries need to improve the construction level and service quality in response to the new education situation.Using network research method，relevant information on the construction of senior high school libraries in Taiwan region is collected，and the positioning，interlibrary cooperation，collection development policies，website construction，reading promotion measures，spatial construction，and institutional personnel setting are analyzed.Based on this，several inspirations for the construction of high school libraries are proposed.

为减轻中小学生负担，促进未成年人身心健康成长，2021年中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《关于进一步减轻义务教育阶段学生作业负担和校外培训负担的意见》（以下简称：“双减”），该政策明确指出学校要充分利用资源优势，有效开展课后育人活动，在校内满足学生多样化的学习需求［1］。（剩余13193字）
