Abstract:The dual prevention mechanism provides a systematic solution to address the difficulty of achieving accurateidentificationand dynamic control of risksand hazardsin the traditional mine safety management model,whichoverlyrelies onmanual inspectionand post-incident handling.This studypresents the current research andapplication status of thedual preventionmechanism for mine safety and points out that the current mechanism faces problemssuch asstaticand mechanized riskassessmentand control,fragmented and isolated hazard investigation and data management,lagging and shallow dynamic response and informatization application,and structural imbalance between personnel capabilitiesand resourcealocation.Theapplicabilityof newgeneration information technologies,including digital twin,largeArtificial Intelligence(AI)models,and mine Intermet of Things,in the dual prevention mechanism for mine safety is analyzed.A fusion framework integrating digital twinand largeAImodels basedonthemine InternetofThingsisdeveloped,andaninnovative model of the dual prevention mechanism for mine safety is proposed basedon this framework.In this model, digital twin isused toachieve virtual mappng and real-time simulation of risk scenarios.An inteligent control platformis relied upon tocompletemulti-source data integrationand strategy linkage.LargeAI modelsare leveraged to enable knowledge-driven intelligent analysis,forming a dual prevention system with self-learning and self-optimization capabilities.The analysis indicates that the application of the innovative model needs to addressdata security and privacy protection, model reliability and drift isues.The future development of the dual prevention mechanism for mine safety is expected to achieve three major transformations: from pasive response to active defense,from single-pointcontrol to system-wide coordination,and from experience-driven to data-and mechanism-driven approaches.
