Abstract:Traditional managementof the "Three Violations"by coal mine Workersmainlyrelies on manual methodsand cannot automatically identify such behaviors.Thisapproach faces challenges such as high labor input,lowefficiency,andinabilitytodetectviolationsinatimelymanner,makingitdiffculttomeetcoalmine safetyrisk preventionrequirements.With thedevelopment of artificial inteligence,big data,the Internetof Things,and especially the application of computer vision technology in the intellgent recognition of coal mine Workers'"Three Violations",the inteligent recognition systemcanautomatically identify such violations.These systems offer several advantages,including reducedpersonnelrequirements,high eficiency,timelydetectionof violations, and minimal influence from human factors. ① Based on the functional requirements for detecting "Three Violations" in coal mines,the intelligent recognition system mainly includes the following functions: data collction, intelligentanalysis,alarm triggering,control,storage and query,display,operation management,time synchronization, reporting, and mobile application. ② Based on key operational areas in coal mines, the proposed scenarios for inteligent recognition of "Three Violations" include: main shaft, auxiliary shaft and ventilation shaft entrances,dispatching room and underground duty room,hoist engine room,air compressor room,main ventilation room,electromechanical chamber,permanent refuge chamber,pump room,central/mining area substation,upper and lower entrances of coal and gangue bunkers,shaft botom car yard,major equipment instalation,withdrawal, hoistingand maintenance operations,underground blasting material warehouse, emergency refuge facilities,head and tail of belt conveyors,coal mining working face,tunneling working face, underground construction sites for water exploration and drainage, gas drainage and pressure relief driling for rock burst, support operations,and other dangerous or important workplaces,as well as coal mine surface industrial plazas.
