【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation between bloodvessel characteristics and biological behaviorin patientswith benignand malignant breast tumors,inorder to provideareference for early clinical evaluationof tumor progressionand formulationof treatmentplan.MethodsAtotalof128patientswith breast tumorstreated inourhospital from June2O2Oto March2O23wereselectedasthestudyobjects.Afteradmission,all of themwere examinedbyultramicrovascular imaging.The microvascular morphological classification of benignand malignantbreast tumorswascompared,andbloodflowclasification wasperformedbyAdlersemi-quantitative method.Therelationship between biological behaviorandAdler grading of breastcancerwasanalyzed.Results Compared with benign breast tumors,there were more stump type and crab foot types,but fewer vasculature types, line type,and branch type ( P <0.05).There were significant differences in tumor diameter, lymph node metastasis, differentiation degree,ER,PR,HER2,and Ki-67 expression between Adler grade and Adler grade ⩾I breast cancer patients ( P <0.05).Logistic regression equation analysis showed that lymph node metastasis,ER positive,PR positive,HER2positive,Ki-67high expression wasrelated to the Adler grade of breast cancer.Conclusion Ultramicrovascular imagingcan be used inthe differentiation of benign and malignant breast tumors,and the vascularcharacteristics of ultramicrovascular imaging areclosely related to the biological behavior ofbreast cancer.

乳腺癌为女性临床常见恶性肿瘤,多由乳腺上皮细胞增殖失控引起,早期临床症状多表现为乳房肿块、乳头溢液、淋巴结肿大等,随病情进展癌细胞发生转移后,可出现多器官病变,严重威胁患者生命安全[1,2]。(剩余5463字)
