【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the diagnostic value right voice angiography in elderlyand young patients with cardiogeniccerebral infarctionand toevaluate therole patentforamenovale (PFO).MethodsAtotal 110 patients with cardiogenic cerebral infarctionadmitedto and People's from April 2022 to February 2O24 wereselectedasthe studyobjects.They were divided into a control groupandan observation group according to age,with 55 patients ineach group.The control group was patients with age >45 years old,and the observation group was patients with age ⩽45 years old.The related factors and main etiological clasification cerebral infarction in the twogroups were compared and analyzed.The diagnosticvalueright voice imaging in young patients withcardiogeniccerebral infarction,the evaluation fect rightvoiceimagingondiferentrisk PFOandthedifferenceanalysisresultsassociatedfactors cerebral infarction inPFO-positive patientswereanalyzed.ResultsPFO positive,craniocerebral magneticresonance angiography(MRA) vessel moderate-severe stenosisandcarotid artery ultrasound vesel moderate-severe stenosis ratio in observation group were higher than those in control group( P <0.05).Young cerebral infarction patients with positive right echocardiography have asmall range vascular lesions,which was significant in theassessment PFO.The blood glucose the unrelated group was lower than that the related group ( P <0.05). Conclusion PFO andother causes are the maincauses young patientswith cardiogenic cerebral infarction,andvasculardisease is the maincause elderly patients with cardiogeniccerebral infarction.PositivePFO was associated with high blood glucose levels in patientswithcerebral infarction.Rightechocardiographyperformed significantlyintheassessment PFO.
心源性脑梗死是指由于心脏疾病导致的脑梗死,如心律失常、心肌病、心瓣膜病等可能导致心脏的血液供应减少或心脏输出减少,从而增加心脏的负荷[1]。(剩余5537字)
