【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the evaluation of patients with placenta implantation,and to analyze its blood flow parameters.MethodsA prospective analysis was conducted,90 patientswith suspected placentaimplantationadmited tothe hospital from October2021 toOctober 2023 were selected.All patients underwent color Doppler ultrasonography to analyze the effect of color Doppler ultrasonography on thecondition assessment of placenta implantation patients.ResultsTheaccuracy,sensitivity and specificity of placenta implantation were 94% , 89% and 96% in 18 of 88 suspected placenta implantation patients.Theresult of Kappa analysis showed that itwasO.829,which hadagood consistency.Thelevelsof blood flowindex(FI),(vascularizatioindex,VI),(vascularizationbloodflowindex,VF)andsystolicanddiastolicflowrate ration(S/D)in placenta implantation group were higher thanthose innon-placenta implantationgroup,with statistical significance ( P <0.05).The levels ofFI,VI, VFI and S/D in patientswith severe placental implantation were higher than those in patientswith placental implantationand adhesion,the diference wasstatistically significant ( P <0.05). Receiveroperator characteristic curve (ROC)was plotted,and the results showed that area under the curve (AUC)of color Doppler ultrasound in patients with placenta implantation was >0.70 in both single and combined evaluation, of which the combined evaluation value was thehighest.ConclusionColor Doppler ultrasound has high diagnostic efficacyinpatientswith placenta implantation,and can beused to evaluate theseverityof placenta implantation by blood flow parameters.

胎盘植入是临床常见妊娠期疾病,正常情况下胎盘绒毛侵入子宫内膜后改称蜕膜,但若不植入子宫肌层以及蜕膜组织发育障碍时,绒毛组织就可能侵袭并植入子宫肌层,累及膀胱以及直肠组织,部分严重患者甚至出现产后大出血,对母婴生命健康造成严重威胁[1]。(剩余6364字)
