摘 要：为推动《制造业创新成果产业化成熟度评价通用规范》系列团体标准的理解和应用，本文通过对标准制定背景、主要内容、技术指标、应用效果等方面的介绍，全面展示了系列标准的科学性和实用性。经过对标准的详细解读和剖析，结果表明，相关标准的应用对创新成果产业化落地有积极作用。

Abstract： In order to promote the understanding and application of the association standards series， specification for industrialization readiness assessment of manufacturing innovation achievements， this paper comprehensively demonstrates the scientifi c and practical nature of the standards series by introducing the development background， main content， technical indicators， and application effects of the standards. After a detailed interpretation and analysis of the standards， the result indicates that the application of relevant standards has a positive effect on the industrialization of innovative achievements..

工业和信息化部于2021年答复政协第十三届全国委员会第四次会议提案时指出，要“编制出台《制造业创新成果产业化试点实施方案》，构建制造业领域创新成果产业化工作体系；依托产业技术基础平台项目，支持北京、江苏、浙江、重庆、深圳等地开展制造业创新成果产业化试点，支持产业集聚区探索建设创新成果产业化中心，支持建设跨地区、跨行业的综合信息和咨询服务平台。（剩余5237字）
