关于标准化助力机关事业单位基建档案管理的思考

摘 要：基建档案管理作为基建管理的重要环节，是基建工程的有机组成部分，直接反映基建工程质量的好坏，决定整个基建工程能否顺利完成。本文对机关事业单位基建档案管理存在的主要问题进行探讨及原因剖析，并提出了标准化助力机关事业单位基建档案管理的相关措施，旨在推动基建档案管理的规范化，提升基建档案管理质量。

Thoughts on Standardization Improving the Infrastructure Archives Management of Government Institutions

Abstract： As an important part of infrastructure management， infrastructure archives management is a key factor to promote the sound development of infrastructure projects and determine whether the entire infrastructure projects can be completed smoothly. This paper discusses the main problems in the management of infrastructure archives in government institutions and analyzes the reasons， then puts forward relevant measures to improve the management of archives in government institutions through standardization， aiming to promote the standardization of infrastructure archives management and improve the quality of infrastructure archives management.

基建档案指在基建工程施工从开始到验收项目建设全过程中形成的文字、图表、音像、实物等形式的文件资料[1]，遵循一定的管理原则、管理要求，由建设单位工程管理相关部门及参建单位将办理完毕且具有保存价值的项目文件资料经鉴定、整理并归档，移交给建设单位档案管理机构的过程。（剩余3556字）
