中国汽车分类法规研究

摘 要：为了研究我国汽车分类法规，对美国、日本和欧洲的汽车分类进行了简要的介绍。本文从汽车准入及通用管理（注册上牌、税费、报废等）方面着重介绍了中国汽车分类法规体系，并对比分析了与国外法规的差异，同时对国内各分类法规之间进行了分析比对。

Research on Automobile Classifi cation Regulations in China

Abstract： In order to study the automobile classifi cation regulations of China， the automobile classifi cation methods of the United States， Japan and Europe are introduced. The paper introduces the automobile classifi cation regulation system in China from the aspects of type approval and general management （registration， tax， end-of-life vehicles， etc.）， compares and analyzes the differences with foreign regulations， and also compares the domestic classifi cation regulations.

1 引 言

我国的汽车分类法规可以追溯到20世纪50年代发布的《汽车管理暂行办法》和《汽车管理暂行办法实施细则》，随着汽车从单一产品发展到多样化和跨类型的产品，分类法规也随之修订，逐渐发展成和国际接轨的中国特色分类方法。（剩余4252字）
