省级标准院科技论文的统计与分析

——基于中国知网数据

摘 要：本文以31家省级标准院在中国知网上刊载的科技论文相关指标为研究对象，统计分析了这些单位的关联名称和不同年度发表科技论文的情况，最后通过指标对比分析法对比分析了这些单位的科技论文发表能力并进行综合排名。统计结果显示：经济发达省份发表科技论文能力明显优于其他省份。

Statistics and Analysis of Scientifi c and Technological Papers of Provincial Standards Institutes

Abstract： This paper takes the relevant indicators of scientific and technological papers published by 31 provincial standards institutes on CNKI as the research object， statistically analyzes the related names of these institutes and the situation of scientifi c and technological papers published in different years， and fi nally compares the capability of these institutes publishing papers， and makes a comprehensive ranking by using the indicator comparison analysis method. The statistical results show that the capability of publishing papers of institutes in economically developed provinces is much better than that of other provinces.

1 引 言

近年来，中央深改办将标准化工作改革纳入到重点工作，随着《深化标准化工作改革方案》和国家标准化体系建设发展规划的相继出台，省级标准院作为地方标准化工作的重要支撑，正发挥着越来越重要的作用。（剩余2592字）
