政策规制下民众参与意愿和行为研究

——以北京市居民垃圾分类为例

摘要：垃圾分类的成效依赖于居民行为选择。以计划行为理论为基础，从居民感知角度出发，增添情景因素、主观知识、社会信任和社会网络因素，通过问卷调查法分析北京市居民垃圾分类意愿和行为的影响因素，并提出可行性建议，以提高垃圾分类水平。

Research on the willingness and behavior of public participation under policy regulation

—Taking Beijing residents’ garbage classification as an example

Abstract： The effectiveness of garbage classification depends on residents’ behavioral choices. Based on the theory of planned behavior， starting from the perspective of residents’ perception， adding situational factors， subjective knowledge， social trust， and social network factors， the influencing factors of Beijing residents’ willingness and behavior in garbage classification through questionnaire survey method are analyzed， and the feasible suggestions are proposed， so as to improve the level of garbage classification.
