LNG国际加注的降本举措研究
=摘要:国际液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)动力船燃料补给受船型、接收站储罐货温、加注船特性等因素影响,供销差率约为5%,与内河相比,差异较大。为减少损耗,降低加注成本,从商务、报关、反输、计量和加注等环节进行分析,在各环节采取措施,强化节能减排,推进降本增效。

Study on cost reduction measures for international LNG bunkering

Abstract: The fuel supply of international Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) powered ships is affected by factors such as ship type, receiving station storage tank temperature, and characteristics of refueling ships, resulting in a supply and sales difference of about 5%, compared with inland rivers, the difference is significant. In order to reduce losses and lower bunkering costs, analysis is conducted from various aspects such as business, customs declaration, reverse transportation, measurement and bunkering, and the measures are taken at each stage to strengthen energy conservation and emission reduction, and promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

随着船舶排放要求日趋严格,全球航运业减碳压力越来越大,在当前其他替代燃料应用受限的情况下,使用资源充足、供应便利的液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)成为未来一段时间内船舶燃料的主要选择之一,船舶应用LNG燃料逐步获得船东的认可。(剩余4284字)
