基于引水入城的资兴市生态新城建设可行性分析

摘要：目前，湖南省资兴市以水为文，已逐步走上了水、城、人相融合的绿色发展之路。资兴市在深入调查研究的基础上提出“引水入城，河湖连通”工程及滨水开发设想，其内容涉及加强城市居民饮水、生态用水和加快建设“生态资兴”等方面，主题鲜明、内容丰富，既符合地方实际，又能够推动资兴市城市滨水区崛起。

Feasibility Analysis of Ecological New City Construction in Zixing City Based on Water Diversion into the City

Abstract： At present， Zixing city in Hunan province， with water as its culture， has gradually embarked on the path of green development that integrates water， city， and people. Based on in-depth investigation and research， Zixing city has proposed the “divert water into the city and connect rivers and lakes” project and waterfront development plan， which involves strengthening urban residents’ drinking water， ecological water use， and accelerating the construction of “Ecological Zixing”. The theme is clear and the content is rich， which is in line with local reality and can promote the rise of Zixing city’s urban waterfront area.
