强酸性树脂催化剂在生物柴油降酸中的应用研究

摘要:采用一种新型树脂催化反应器,分析树脂种类、反应温度、树脂添加量、树脂使用次数对生物柴油降酸的影响。研究结果表明,树脂C的转酯化效率最高。工艺的最佳条件:树脂添加量为15%,反应温度为75 ℃。在该反应条件下,树脂重复使用5次,催化活性未发现明显下降。

Research on Application of Strong Acid Resin Catalysts in Acid Reduction of Biodiesel

Abstract: Adopting a new type of resin catalytic reactor, analyze the effects of resin type, reaction temperature, resin addition amount, and resin usage frequency on the acid reduction of biodiesel. The research results indicate that resin C has the highest transesterification efficiency. The optimal conditions for the process are a resin addition of 15% and a reaction temperature of 75 ℃. Under this reaction condition, the resin was reused 5 times and no significant decrease in catalytic activity was observed.
