广东省噪声污染防治现状分析及改进措施

摘要：广东省的噪声污染防治面临着十分严峻的形势。近年来，噪声扰民投诉常年位于广东省各环境要素投诉的前两位。从声环境功能区划、噪声监测体系、噪声污染防治制度、噪声污染防治监督管理4个方面总结广东省噪声污染防治现状，指出制约广东省噪声污染防治水平提高的因素，并针对性地提出改进措施。

Analysis of Noise Pollution Control Status and Improvement Measures in Guangdong Province

Abstract： The prevention and control of noise pollution in Guangdong province is facing a very serious situation. In recent years， complaints about noise disturbance have consistently ranked among the top two environmental factors in Guangdong province. The article summarizes the current situation of noise pollution prevention and control in Guangdong province from four aspects： functional zoning of sound environment， noise monitoring system， noise pollution prevention and control system， and supervision and management of noise pollution prevention and control. It points out the factors that restrict the improvement of noise pollution prevention and control level in Guangdong province and proposes targeted improvement measures.
