深圳市城市更新与工业遗存再利用策略研究

摘要：随着深圳市经济的高速发展与产业结构的调整，大量工业遗存逐渐成为城市更新过程中的重要资源。对深圳市工业遗存再利用现状进行简要总结，针对性地提出深圳市城市更新策略及城市更新中工业遗存再利用的对策，并通过分析实际案例总结改造的成功经验，展望未来发展的方向。

Study on Strategy of Urban Renewal and the Reutilization of Industrial Heritage in Shenzhen City

Abstract： With the rapid development of Shenzhen’s economy and the adjustment of industrial structure， a large number of industrial heritage have gradually become an important resource in the process of urban renewal. This paper briefly summarizes the current situation of the reuse of industrial heritage in Shenzhen city， puts forward the strategies of urban renewal in Shenzhen city and the countermeasures for the reuse of industrial heritage in urban renewal， and summarizes the successful experience of transformation through the analysis of practical cases， and looks forward to the future development direction.
