摘要:针对化工医药行业内的高有机Pd/Al2O3废催化剂,提出“无氧中温热解-充分氧化焚烧”Pd富集工艺。该工艺首先通过控制无氧中温热解氛围,避免有机物在氧化气氛下形成二噁英等有害物质,然后利用充分氧化二次焙烧去处残余积碳,达到高效富集Pd的同时降低对环境的影响。

Study on Optimization of Enrichment Process for Pd/Al2O3 Waste Catalyst

Abstract: A Pd enrichment process of “oxygen-free medium-temperature pyrolysis-full oxidation incineration” is proposed for high organic Pd/Al2O3 waste catalysts in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. This process first controls the anaerobic mesophilic pyrolysis atmosphere to avoid the formation of harmful substances such as dioxins in the oxidizing atmosphere of organic matter. Then, it utilizes sufficient oxidation and secondary roasting to remove residual carbon deposits, achieving efficient enrichment of Pd while reducing environmental impact.
