西安市果蔬垃圾处理现状及对策研究

摘要:我国果蔬垃圾产生量大、成分复杂、含水率高,处理不当会污染环境、危害人体健康。“双碳”背景下,如何实现果蔬垃圾绿色化、资源化利用成为行业发展的关键。本文结合国内果蔬垃圾处理现状,分析西安市果蔬垃圾处理存在的问题,借鉴部分城市的先进经验,提出相关建议,以推进西安市果蔬垃圾处理体系建设。

Research on the Status and Countermeasures of Fruit and Vegetable Waste Treatment in Xi'an City

Abstract: The amount of fruit and vegetable waste generated in China is large, with complex components and high moisture content, and improper treatment can pollute the environment and endanger human health. Under the background of "dual carbon", how to achieve the green and resource utilization of fruit and vegetable waste has become the key to the development of the industry. Based on the status of fruit and vegetable waste treatment in China, this paper analyzes the problems in fruit and vegetable waste treatment in Xi'an City, draws on the advanced experience of some cities, and puts forward relevant suggestions to promote the construction of the fruit and vegetable waste treatment system in Xi'an City.
