湘江上游潇水流域水资源综合治理的路径分析

摘要：潇水是长江一级支流湘江的上游河段，水资源时空分布不均，水环境污染风险较高。本文以潇水流域为研究区，分析其水资源综合治理的可行性，然后找出统筹生态保护与资源开发的创新路径，以促进潇水流域的可持续发展。

Abstract： Xiaoshui is the upper reaches of the Xiangjiang River， a primary tributary of the Yangtze River， and the spatiotemporal distribution of water resources is uneven， and the risk of water environmental pollution is high. Taking the Xiaoshui Basin as the research area， this paper analyzes the feasibility of comprehensive water resource management， and then identifies innovative paths for coordinating ecological protection and resource development to promote the sustainable development of the Xiaoshui Basin.
