循环冷却水系统运行方法的改进研究

摘要:循环冷却水系统长期运行导致换热设备结垢、腐蚀加剧和微生物滋生,造成换热列管堵塞和腐蚀穿孔等问题,严重影响正常生产。结合循环冷却水水质,本文设计循环冷却水系统加药改造方案,从而减缓系统结垢,提高换热效果,延长设备使用周期,保证有序生产,达到降本增效的目的。

Abstract: The long-term operation of the circulating cooling water system has led to scaling, intensified corrosion, and microbial growth of heat exchange equipment, resulting in problems such as blockage and corrosion perforation of heat exchange tubes, seriously affecting normal production. Based on the quality of circulating cooling water, this paper designs a dosing modification plan for the circulating cooling water system, in order to slow down system scaling, improve heat exchange efficiency, extend equipment service life, ensure orderly production, and achieve the goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.

冷却水在循环冷却水系统中不断循环使用,受水流速度、水温、水分蒸发浓缩等因素的综合作用[1-4],循环冷却水系统容易产生水垢和设备腐蚀,滋生大量微生物,影响设备安全运行,甚至造成较大的经济损失。(剩余3508字)
