贵州省全民所有土地资源资产储备管理研究

摘要：土地资源是人类赖以生存的基础资源，而可持续发展、生态文明建设、产权制度改革等理论是土地资源资产储备管理的重要依据。本文结合贵州省全民所有（国有）土地资源资产储备管理现状，指出资产储备管理存在的问题，分析国内外资产储备管理经验，最后提出相应对策，以推进贵州省国有土地资源资产储备管理。

Abstract： Land resources are the fundamental resources for human survival， and theories such as sustainable development， ecological civilization construction， and property rights system reform are important foundations for the management of land resource asset reserves. Based on the current situation of asset reserve management of land resource owned by the whole people （state-owned） in Guizhou Province， this paper points out the problems in asset reserve management， analyzes the experience of asset reserve management at home and abroad， and finally proposes corresponding countermeasures to promote the management of state-owned land resource asset reserve in Guizhou Province.
