市政污水处理厂污泥低温干化工艺研究

摘要:市政污水处理厂产生的污泥量大,其稳定性非常差,同时污泥具有一定的危害性,处置不当会产生二次污染。采用低温干化工艺处理市政污泥,其含水率可以降低到小于30%,处理后污泥运至发电厂进行掺烧。本文结合污水处理厂污泥低温干化实例,总结项目运行情况,提出工艺优化建议。

Abstract: The amount of sludge produced by municipal sewage treatment plants is large, and its stability is very poor, at the same time, sludge has a certain degree of harm, and improper disposal can cause secondary pollution. The low-temperature drying process is used to treat municipal sludge, which can reduce its moisture content to less than 30%, after treatment, the sludge is transported to the power plant for blending and burning. Based on the example of low-temperature sludge drying in a sewage treatment plant, this paper summarizes the project operation and proposes process optimization suggestions.
