摘 要:研究主要提供一种热轧机组、冷轧机组的交叉供料全流程的方法,解决原订单质量设计系统的冷轧终端客户信息与新区PSI产销系统没有进行对接,旨在开发一套先进产品质量设计系统,以实现本部与新区产品集中一贯制质量设计,支撑全流程按单排程。

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF QUALITY DESIGN SYSTEM IN THE STEEL INDUSTRY

Abstract:This study mainly provides a method for the full process of cross feeding between hot rolling and cold rolling units, which solves the problem of the lack of integration between the cold rolling end customer information of the original order quality design system and the PSI production and sales system of the new area. The aim is to develop an advanced product quality design system to achieve centralized and consistent quality design between the headquarters and the new area products, and support the whole process scheduling according to orders.

随着新区1 580机组和2 030冷轧项目的实施,“热轧机组、冷轧机组的交叉供料全流程一贯制质量设计”成为目前系统瓶颈问题,原订单质量设计系统的冷轧终端客户信息与新区PSI产销系统没有进行对接,导致信息流中断,影响热轧产品对后续客户的识别和检验以及新区与本部产能平衡。(剩余4356字)
