本钢宽板坯超低碳钢头坯夹杂原因分析与控制措施

摘 要:介绍本钢宽厚板坯冷轧超低碳钢头坯夹杂的形态及来源特征,针对主要影响浇次头坯夹杂物的实际情况,分析头坯卷渣夹杂的形成原因及影响因素,提出相应操作和工艺改进措施,使超低碳钢头坯夹杂问题得到一定的改善。

THE ANALYSIS AND CONTROL MEASURES ON ULTRA LOW CARBON HEAD INCLUSION OF WIDE SLAB IN BENXI STEEL

Abstract:The article introduces the morphology and source characteristics of inclusions in cold-rolled ultra-low carbon steel billets of wide and thick plates at Benxi Iron and Steel. Based on the actual situation that mainly affects the inclusions in the billets during casting, the formation reasons and influencing factors of slag inclusions in the billets are analyzed, and corresponding operational and process improvement measures are proposed to improve the problem of inclusions in ultra-low carbon steel billets to a certain extent.
