中金1 680 m3高炉安全快速停炉实践

摘 要：介绍中金公司1 680 m3高炉停炉前炉况优化调整工作，停炉方案制定，炉顶雾化打水系统调试及停炉过程中各项操作参数的控制。此次停炉实现了安全快速停炉，全程无放散并且实现TRT全程运行发电，为节能环保安全停炉工作提供了有力的支持。

ZHONGJIN 1 680 m3 BLAST FURNACE SAFE AND FAST SHUTDOWN PRACTICE

Abstract：This article details the optimization and adjustment of the condition of the blast furnace of the Zhongjin Company's 1 680 m3 blast furnace before it was shut down， the development of the shutdown plan， the debugging of the blast top atomization water injection system， and the control of various operational parameters during the shutdown process. This shutdown achieved a safe and rapid shutdown without any emissions and TRT's full operation and power generation， providing strong support for energy-saving， environmentally friendly， and safe shutdown work.
