Abstract：This article analyzes the operation and development of Nucor Iron and Steel Company， and analyzes the core factors supporting Nucor's long-term profitability in combination in American iron and steel industry development background.It is hoped that the research results of this article can be used for reference by Chinese iron and steel enterprises in downcast period.
