九钢4号高炉热风炉快速凉炉及烘炉实践

摘 要:因九钢4号高炉3座顶燃式热风炉热风出口及支管经常出现发红跑风的现象,故利用这次大修机会,对其进行凉炉检修。通过制定合理的硅砖热风炉凉炉方案,采用助燃空气从下部经冷风管道通风冷却的方式,按照计划凉炉曲线降温实现了安全顺利的凉炉。对此次凉炉总结操作经验,为今后硅砖热风炉凉炉及烘炉提供重要参考。

PRACTICE OF QUICK COOLING AND DRYING OF HOT AIR STOVE IN NO. 4 BLAST FURNACE OF JIUGANGL

Abstract:Since the hot air outlets and branch pipes of the three top combustion hot blast furnaces of No. 4 blast furnace in Jiujiang Iron and Steel Works often appear red and blow, the overhaul opportunity was used to conduct cooling furnace maintenance. By formulating a reasonable cooling scheme for silica brick hot blast furnace, adopting the way of ventilation and cooling of combustion supporting air from the lower part through the cold air duct, the safe and smooth cooling of the furnace is achieved according to the planned cooling curve. This paper summarizes the operation experience of this cooling furnace, and provides important reference for cooling and drying of silica brick hot blast furnace in the future.

九钢4号1 780 m3高炉一代炉龄于2009年10月投产,配比3座顶燃旋切卡鲁金式热风炉,采用煤气及助燃空气双预热模式,设计风温1 200 ℃。(剩余5448字)
