方大九钢3号高炉降料面停炉操作及技术措施

摘 要:对九江萍钢炼铁厂3号高炉降料面停炉操作进行了总结,并阐述了安全快速停炉的各项技术措施。在停炉过程中采用煤气高效回收,高风量与高顶压的综合使用等技术,首次顺利实现煤气全回收,准确将料面降至炉腹部位。

OPERATION AND TECHNICAL MEASURES FOR STOPPING THE FEEDING SURFACE OF FANGDA JIUGANG NO.3 BLAST FURNACE

Abstract:This article summarizes the shutdown operation of the No. 3 blast furnace at Jiujiang Pinggang Ironmaking Plant, and elaborates on various technical measures for safe and rapid shutdown. During the shutdown process, technologies such as efficient gas recovery and the comprehensive use of high air flow and high top pressure were adopted, successfully achieving full gas recovery for the first time and accurately lowering the material level to the furnace belly.
