RESEARCH AND PRACTICE OF QINYE ENERGY-SAVING HOT BLAST VALVE TECHNOLOGY

Abstract:This paper provides an overview of the technical research results of energy-saving hot blast valve in terms of materials and cooling mechanisms, and introduces the application and effect of the products based on the research results in 4 350 m3 blast furnace of TISCO, 4 350 m3 blast furnace of Hyundai Steel Co, 5 050 m3 blast furnace of Zhanjiang Iron&Steel , and 5 500 m3 blast furnace of Shougang Jingtang Iron&Steel.
