Lower PA（ OR=0.324，P=0.034， was associated with a higher risk of malnutrition in TAVR patients. ConclusionLowPAisanindependentriskfactorforpreoperativemalnutitioninTAVRpatientsandisoselyrelatedtopostoperative clinical prognosis.PA can serve as an effective tool for preoperative nutritional assessment.
