【摘要】甘油三酯葡萄糖乘积指数是一种新型的胰岛素抵抗指标，胰岛素抵抗是心力衰竭（HF）及HF常见危险发生发展的共同病理生理学基础，现就甘油三酯葡萄糖乘积指数在HF中的研究进展做综述。

【Abstract】The triglyceride glucose index is a new index of insulin resistance. Insulin resistance is the common pathophysiological basis for the development of heart failure and common risks of heart failure. This article reviews the research progress of triglyceride glucose index index and heart failure.
